RETURN & REFUND

We accept product returns within 15 days of receiving your package.

Returned items must be in new condition, with their original labels and packaging. If this is not the case, the return will be refused.

No refunds or exchanges on socks, underwear, orthotics and foot protectors.

How to return your items:

To proceed with the return, please contact us by email to explain the reasons for your return and so we will send you a Canada Post return document.

You can then :

• Place the items in their original packaging.
• Print the label and stick it on your package.
• Take your package to the nearest post office.

A return and restocking fee of 15 CAD will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged or not in its original condition and packaging.
